At T&R Inspections, we care about you, the client. We know everyone's situation is unique. Size, age and amenities are factors when inspecting a home. We offer inspection packages to fit your needs. Just give us a call. 248-924-5144

Every inspection includes the roof, exterior, grounds, garage, foundation, basement, crawl space, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, attic, interior, bathrooms, kitchen and appliances. Unlike many inspectors, we include Thermal Imaging in every inspection at no additional charge. If we cannot traverse the roof, we will inspect it with our Drone at no additional charge. And if we discover any possible mold, we will take a sample and let you decide if you want the sample to be lab analyzed.  Check out our sevices for more information.

Because our service area is considered a hot spot for Radon gas, this is the package that is most recommended.  It is our Quality package plus electronic Radon testing. (results normally within 24 hours**) 

You want to make sure your new home is safe and free of mold that can effect your health. This is our  Optimal package plus indoor air mold testing.

You want it all! This is our Ultimate package plus water testing and drone video of the property.

All of our additional services can be performed at an additional charge at the time of inspection, such as mold sampling if suspected microbial growth is discovered during an inspection or drone photography if the roof cannot be traversed as an example.
